Public offer for the provision of tourism services

1. General provisions

1.1. This document is an official proposal (public offer) by OSMAN TOURISM LLC (taxpayer ID 313421838), hereinafter the “Provider”, to enter into an agreement for tourism services with any individual or legal entity, hereinafter the “Customer”, in accordance with Articles 367 and 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

1.2. Submitting a booking on the website with consent to these terms and paying for the services constitutes acceptance of the offer. The agreement is concluded upon acceptance.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Provider undertakes to provide the Customer with tourism services (a tour) from the Republic of Uzbekistan to foreign countries as described on the website or in an agreed itinerary, and the Customer undertakes to pay for them.

3. Price and payment

3.1. Tour prices are stated in the national currency (UZS).

3.2. Payment is made with Uzcard, Humo or Visa cards via the Payme payment system. The Provider does not receive or store the Customer’s card details.

3.3. The payment obligation is fulfilled once confirmation is received from the payment system.

4. Rights and obligations

4.1. The Provider shall deliver the services with due quality and provide accurate information about the tour, entry rules and visa requirements.

4.2. The Customer shall provide accurate data, a valid international passport and other required documents in good time, and comply with the laws of the destination country.

4.3. Visa decisions are made by the consular authorities of the foreign state and do not depend on the Provider.

5. Cancellation and refunds

5.1. The Customer may cancel the tour by sending a request to osmantourism07@gmail.com.

5.2. In that case the amount paid is refunded less the costs actually incurred by the Provider (non-refundable tickets, hotel penalties, visa and consular fees).

5.3. Refunds are made to the card used for payment within 10 banking days.

6. Liability

6.1. The parties are liable in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Laws “On Tourism” and “On Consumer Protection”.

6.2. The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure.

7. Personal data

7.1. The Customer consents to the processing of their personal data for the performance of the agreement in accordance with the Law “On Personal Data”.
